Mother's Day event : "Odo Rose Cake"
This Mother’s Day, we are delighted to present “Odo Rose Cake”, an elegant seasonal cake created by Chef Hiroki Odo in collaboration with Pastry Director Yoshie Nakanishi.
Inspired by the timeless beauty of the rose, this 4-inch whole cake is designed to serve 2 to 3 people. It features a delicate shortcake base layered with soft, airy sponge cake made with Japanese flour, silky lychee cream, refreshing raspberry gelée crafted from French raspberry purée, and fresh strawberries such as Driscoll’s Sweetest Batch. The cake is finished with a light rose-scented whipped cream, evoking both elegance and refinement in flavor and appearance.
Adorned with edible flowers, dried rose petals, pearl chocolate, and a touch of edible gold powder, “Rose” is the perfect centerpiece for a Mother’s Day celebration.
